The developer/owner of this  6 story medical office building wanted a fresh, updated look that would attract new tenants and convinve the current tennants to renew their lease's. 

 

Our team oversaw this project through every stage. We created a strategic construction schedule that allowed the building's regular business hours to not be disruptive. Our team coordinated painters, wallpaper installers, carpet layers, door framers and tile layers to tranform all six floors in one month.

 

We offered the client cost saving solutions like automotive paint to all the elevator doors instead of refinishing them. We also selected a commercial grade carpet tile that provides low maintenance and ease of replacing one tile versus an entire roll. 

 

The art work and planters we selected provided sophisitcated details to really transform the space. We were able to complete this project in 30 days, including design, procurement and installation.
